Yes, only for guests with a reservation. You can say that nicer to those who have not reserved. Unfortunately, as day tourists, we hadn't made a reservation. That's not how you bring the resin forward. Two stars as the performance cannot be assessed.

We were in good hands. The food was freshly made. The plate was for 2 people, but 4 would have been full. The cream puff was awesome. We'd love to come back next time we're in the Harz Mountains.

It is really a very nice and cozy place. The food is delicious. The staff and the operators are super nice and ready for a joke. We haven't had such a fun evening for a long time. ? Thank you for the great hospitality and we will definitely come again. ?

After a nice day of hiking with husband and dog, drove to the small, super rustic and cozy restaurant. Short call, reserved and clarified whether our four-legged friends are allowed to come with us .. No problem at all ? Corona regulations were all adhered to and taken into account. Super great food, very familiar, friendly, relaxed conversations, you just feel good, in the end the dog got a schnitzel on the house ?? We will be back definitely. Stay safe and see you soon.

It really couldn't get any worse! The food was carelessly arranged, the schnitzel was sloppy, "drunk" with sauce, french fries didn't taste good. I've really never eaten that bad (and I'm really not a difficult person or particularly demanding) Portions were huge, but it didn't taste good. The coke was definitely not original. The entire restaurant doesn't look quaint to me, but overall not particularly clean, everything clogged up, smoky and dusty. The waiter was strange, asked at the table so that he can serve better, this in a snotty tone. The boss was very nice, but all in all, this visit ruined our afternoon or beautiful day in the Harz Mountains. In retrospect we can laugh about it. The word "experience “Hits it well. At best, you can have a beer here, but nobody can cook here, and that's an understatement.

As always, that was the best of the whole holiday. Simply great would give 10 ? but unfortunately not possible

Today it was delicious, 5 stars not enough, !! the portions were great, the homemade sauces delicious and the salads just right for the meal, the ambience totally lovingly designed, a must to eat there, if my stomach would accept it, I would be there every day, my favorite restaurant !! we were there for who suspects, exactly, to eat schnitzel;) the service was very courteous and friendly, the food was excellent, even the fries were great. I highly recommend this place. We were made aware that infants must also be mentioned when registering. We will of course mention this next time. Thank you and all the best ??

Just like last year, it was super great in the dwarf room. makes delicious food, super nice, sympathetic and attentive host who every stay with great life stories exciting and fun again. Family and genuine. The rustic ambience leaves a constantly discover something new and makes every visit always an experience.

Great food - very pleasant atmosphere! The menu is small and the focus is on schnitzel in different variations. That is absolutely sufficient - because it applies - small selection and absolutely unbeatable quality of the dishes. Extra requests are immediately taken care of and implemented in a great way. We were now twice in a weekend! You don't have to say more! And if you are really hungry, you are well advised with the large schnitzel plate. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. We would love to come back.

Plate-sized real schnitzel in several variations, something for everyone. Food is very plentiful and tasty. The landlord and hostess are very friendly and show a lot of heart even for four-legged friends, also in the form of treats and plenty of fresh water. In my opinion, the price / performance ratio is unusually good.

Been with my wife the day before yesterday. The big competitor? passed quickly. I'm too busy now with corona. And queuing or booking in advance is not really my hobby either. At the Zwergenstube asked if there was still room and that was possible after some consultation and very neat and very pleasant everything. Snitzel was tasty and the beer too. Nice price too and 3 stars or 4 but still 4 because of the hospitality.

Even during this pandemic, the staff were friendly, helpful and funny. Thanks for the nice schnitzel, it was perfect after a day of mountain biking! ~Ms. Hilton ;)

The hosts are attentive and treat guests very well. The schnitzel are large, with little breading and of great quality. This also applies to the sauces. The onion soup was also great. Small criticism: the side salad looks a bit unloving, it can be done better.

We loved it here. Staff and food great. We'll worth visiting especially if you like gnomes

Stopping here to eat while on the road through Germany. The service was friendly, the food was tasty (especially large portions). Would highly recommend if you are in the area and hungry

Great food, great atmosphere! The restaurant is set in a miner’s house over 350 years old, so it is quite a special place. The food was good too, big portion and very tasty.
